The Communications Review Team for the second phase of the County of Haliburton’s Service Delivery Review is tasked with drafting a series of recommendations pertaining to enhanced cohesion, efficiency, and effectiveness of municipal communications efforts – internal, inter-municipal and external – throughout the County.
It should be noted that members of the Communications Review Team, amongst its own membership, have conducted an inventory survey of the various communication tools in use by the five local governments.
In the drafting of its recommendations, the Communications Review Team is seeking input and feedback from senior staff at the four lower-tier Municipalities, as well as the upper tier of the County of Haliburton. We are asking you to complete the following brief survey to assist with this work. Thank you for your time and input.
